Whether shredding down a powder line on the mountains of Japan and Montana or perfecting a new ramen broth recipe, my life has been driven by a love for travel, snowy mountains, and incredible food.

My passion for cooking began with practicing soft-boiled eggs to add to my instant ramen, which eventually led me to two years of experience as a line cook in the Flathead Valley. I learned a lot on the line, but during a recent trip to Japan, I realized my true culinary goal: bringing authentic Japanese food culture and unique dining options back home to the mountains of Montana.
